Robin Walker is the Head of Operations and Finance at the Miaan Group, bringing over a decade of experience in start-up nonprofits. Robin has a specialized focus on people operations, federal grant management, scaling teams, and building infrastructure that enables cultures and team members to thrive.
Robin holds both an undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Mississippi. Her dedication to service was sparked through two terms as an AmeriCorps member, which launched her nonprofit career. Beyond her work at Miaan, Robin volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children and youth in foster care.
