Miaan’s advocacy efforts focus on collaborating with advocates and researchers to deliver crucial information and recommendations to international stakeholders, including the United Nations, European Union, Latin American governments, and major tech companies. Our international advocacy aims to influence behavior inside Iran and strengthen our domestic efforts.
Key domestic projects developed by Miaan include initiatives on water rights, women’s rights, internet freedom, and supporting detained activists. Through these projects, we work to address pressing human rights issues and drive meaningful change both within Iran and on the global stage.
